We do not accept returns or exchanges. If cup is inspected and found damaged upon arrival, you will need to contact us within 24 hours to be eligible for a full refund.

Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup are not eligible for a replacement. Steps are taken to minimize the amount of air bubbles, however this is an inevitable part of the shipping and handling process. By their very nature, snow globe cups are inclined to develop air bubbles over time.
